Josh graduated from Belmont University in 2001 receiving a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He attended the Nashville School of Law at night and on weekends while excelling at his full time job. He worked in the collection department at the law firm Ortale, Kelley, Herbert & Crawford. He earned his J.D. degree in 2009 and was then admitted to practice in Tennessee. His next step was to join the law firm of Clark & Washington, P.C. where he worked as a consumer bankruptcy attorney.
In 2011, Josh and Nick decided to branch out from Clark & Washington to form Coles & Holton, LLP. Josh lives with his family north of Nashville. He is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
